Login: How do I change my login email, password, or update my mobile number?

Change Password

If you have your log in credentials and just want to update your login password,  you can log into your Happy Mango account and change your password on "Admin" page from the top right drop down menu.

Change Login Email

What happens if you have lost the email you used for signing up your account or have a new email address?

• If you do not yet have any data or activity on your Happy Mango account, you may create a new account with your new email.  Your new account will not have any of your past activities and data.  Your old account will be automatically closed due to inactivity. 
• If you need to keep your past activities or data, you can send a request to our Helpdesk and request a change of your email account.

Change Mobile Phone Number

You can choose to use your email address to receive the login verification code. By default, the login verification code is first sent to your mobile number.  The option to send the verification code to your registered email address becomes available after 120 seconds.  After you have logged in, use the "My Info" page from the top right drop down menu to update your mobile phone number.
