Application: How do I know if my financial institution has received my application?

Applications on Happy Mango take 5 steps.  The last step is "Submit" your application by clicking on the "Submit" button.  If you are not sure if your application has been submitted successfully, here are a few ways to find out:

• Check Your Email Inbox for an email with the subject "Your Application Has Been Submitted" from Happy Mango. This email is automatically sent when an application has been successfully submitted on Happy Mango. 
  Don't forget to check your Spam and Trash folders. 
  
  
• Login Your Happy Mango Account 
  You can find your latest application on the "Applications" section of the dash board.  You can find the current status of this application here, too.  A submitted application will show "Under Review" in the status column. 
  
  You can also select "Applications" from the drop down menu.  Here you can find the current status of all your applications on Happy Mango.

If you started an application but have not finished it, you will see "Pending Completion" on your Dash Board.  You will also receive a system generated email within 24 hours after you logged out that reminds you to log back in to complete your application.
