Application: My application has been approved. What should I do next?

Congratulations on getting an approval on your application!  If you plan to accept this offer, you should log into Happy Mango as soon as you can as the offer will expire.  Once the offer expires, you will need to start a new application if you are still interested in getting the same financial product. 

After logging into your Happy Mango account, here are the steps you can take to accept an offer:

1. Begin the "Closing" Process:  You can find your approved application on the "Applications" section of the dashboard or on the "Applications" page from the top right drop down menu.  Click on the green colored text prompt next to this application to begin the process to accept your new offer. 

2. Enter the information requested:  Depending on the type of product you have applied, the information requested may be different.  You may be asked to enter your account information to set up automatic ACH for receiving funds from a loan or making a deposit into your newly approved account.

3. Complete the "Closing" Process with an E-Signature: The last step is "E-Signature".  This step is executed on an e-signature app integrated on Happy Mango.  The complete agreement between you and your financial institutions related to this offer is uploaded on this app for your e-signature.  If there is a co-applicant, the co-applicant will receive an email notification.  The co-applicant will also need to e-sign the document to complete this step. After all the signatures have been submitted, you can download a copy of the signed document from Happy Mango. 

Upon completion of the last step, your financial institution will be prompted to proceed to the next step. There is nothing for you to do at this point.  If you have applied for a loan, you will receive a disbursement notice when the loan proceeds have been disbursed by the lender.  If you have applied to open a new account, you will receive a notice when your new account has been opened.
